In case you are not traveling with your own vehicle, please note that cab services are available and a car can be hired with a notice period of minimum 4 hrs.

Accommodation

We have 6 Luxury rooms each having a private bathroom with geyser and a balcony reflecting sophisticated and contemporary design with all modern amenities. All our rooms are equipped with Cable TV, Refrigerator, Free Wi-Fi, Tea Coffee maker  and Air Conditioning unit. We also have Diesel Generator back up during Power Cut (except Air conditioning).

We also have a dormitory for drivers & personal attendants.

“Mahulboni” also includes common relaxation places i.e. beautiful front garden, a seating arrangement beside small pond, organic vegetable agriculture land. Everything is managed by our dedicated team of staff members to assure you the best services during your stay.

We may invite local Baul artists and Tribal folk dancers to join us in the evening on prior request from our guests. Their traditional folk melodies will surely inspire you and will let you feel the taste of traditional Bengali folk songs playing for almost thousand years. You may even join them and practice a few songs and mix yourself with the art of culture.

If you wish to stay a peaceful life away from the daily busy schedule, relax with a dreamy stroll around the garden, we strive to accommodate all recreational requests.

We also provide ‘Bonfire’ on request on chargeable basis.

The tariff of Executive Double king Bed & Executive Twin Bed is – INR 3,200/- per day ( Including Breakfast & Inclusive of all Duties and Taxes ) located in Ground Floor

The tariff of Executive Suite king Bed is- INR 4,500/- per day ( Including Breakfast & Inclusive of all Duties and Taxes ) located in 1st Floor

In MAP Plan – Rs.500/- extra per person per day above 05 Years.
In AP Plan – Rs.900/- extra per person per day above 05 years.

Price can be changed on festive seasons.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy per room per night. One extra person can be accommodated for an additional charge of INR 1000/- per day.

One child up to 08 years of age can share parents’ room without any additional charge. However, a second child will be charged irrespective of whether an extra bed is taken or not.

Drivers’ dormitory can be availed by paying INR 500/- per day per person.

Please note our advance payment policy:  50% of the total room tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking.

The above tariff may not be valid in festive days i.e. New Year, Vasanta Utsav, Poushmela etc. & long weekends. We reserve the right to change the tariff as per requirement. Visitors are requested to check the current tariff before making reservation.

CHILDREN:

As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children, you are personally and legally responsible for their safety and must supervise them at all times.  We have some water bodies so please keep an eye on Children for safety reasons.

ROOM KEYS:

Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s).  No room keys will be issued to youth under 18 at any time.  I.D. proof is required if you lost your key and require a duplicate.  Please return room keys to office at the time of Check-out.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIME: 

Our check-in time is 1.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12 Noon. . An   early check in and  late check-out can only be arranged at an additional charge of INR 500 per/hour per /room but it depend on prior permission, if the home does not have another guest’s arrival schedule. At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the home-stay is required to present a valid government Photo identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required.

PARKING AT OWN RISK:

All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration desk at the time of check-in.  Parking for registered guest(s) is free. Vehicles can be parked at the risk of the owner.

We serve authentic Bengali dishes four times which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks & Dinner at best price.

Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks, Dinner – both vegetarian or / and non-veg dishes are available.

Hot Beverages (Milk, Tea, Coffee etc.) and cold Beverages are also available at best price.

At our kitchen – “Bonmorich,” we stock the freshest vegetables and cook exotic Bengali dishes for our guests

• Breakfast serves time: from 9 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
• Lunch serves time: from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
• Dinner serves time: from 8.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Please Note:

• Food must be ordered by guests with confirmed booking at least 12 hours before visiting.
• Please inform us if you have any food allergy.
• The variety of veg / non veg items depends/changes on the availability of raw food materials.
• Room service charges 10% extra on food, snacks and beverages.

To give a booking request, just go to our website ‘home page’ or ‘reservation page’, in the reservation form put your Name, E-mail id, Mobile No., Arrival & Departure date and press ‘Send Query’. We will contact you. If you have any query, just go to our website ‘contact us’ page, write your details & query in the form and press ‘Submit Form’. Or you can contact us through e-mail id i.e. to mahulboni731236@gmail.com. For bookings made more than 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be 50% of the total booking value, payable by credit / debit card or by electronic transfer to our account, the details of which are given below. Payment for the balance of your stay will be taken on checking in. For bookings made less than 10 days in advance, the full amount becomes payable immediately.

CHEQUE AND CHEQUE CASHING:

We do not accept cheques and foreign currency. We do not provide cheque cashing services.

Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit. Prior to that the booking will only be regarded as provisional. Please note that festive seasons are subject to a minimum two/three night stay.
