Rules & Regulations –  “MAHULBONI”:

• Our check-in time is 1.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12 Noon. An   early check in and  late check-out can only be arranged at an additional charge of INR 500 per/hour per /room but it depend on prior permission, if the home does not have another guest’s arrival schedule.
• Breakfast is served from 9 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., lunch from 1p.m. to 3:00p.m. and dinner from 8 p.m to 10 p.m. Room service charges 10% extra on food, snacks and beverages.
• Playing any loud music in public areas is prohibited as it disturbs the surrounding and other guests, the management has right to stop the music beyond certain level.
• Chewing and spitting gutka/tobacco is strictly prohibited
• Hukkah, Sheesha, Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs and pungent food are strictly prohibited in the premises.
• Intoxicating liquors or alcoholic beverages and cigarettes are not allowed in the public area.
• As you move into your home-stay, join your hosts in checking your room, making sure that everything is in proper condition. Ask questions if you are uncertain about anything. This way, you can avoid problems or disagreements regarding anything missing or broken later on.
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible
• No pets allowed inside.
• Lunch on the arrival day is arranged on prior request . We normally serve good or delicious traditional Bengali foods.
• Our guests find two bottles of complimentary mineral water on the first day of their arrival
• Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests.
• All spaces can be used by the guests except our private Bungalow and Private area.
• When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked and put off the Air-conditioning unit, Fans and Lights.
• It is prohibited to consume foodstuffs bought outside in the common area.
• Please do not use electrical appliances (Toaster/Iron/Induction heater) or any other cooking facilities inside the room.
• We don’t provide bonfire free of cost, its available on request on chargeable basis.
• Respect people’s privacy while taking photographs. Ask for prior permission before taking photograph. Using photographs and video’s taken for commercial or public purposes are illegal.
• In case of any defects inside the room, we shall make every effort to repair it. Despite all our efforts if the repair is not possible, you are requested to bear with us.
• Do not take away flora and fauna in the forms of cutting, seeds or roots it is illegal. The environment is really delicate in this region and the bio-diversity of the region has to be protected at all costs.
• Do not tempt the locals, especially children by offering them foodstuff or sweets. Respect local traditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone after making a booking, or even after arrival, if found incompatible or uncomfortable.
• Make sure to get back to your rooms before 10.30 p.m. Light of the premises will be off by 10.30 p.m.
• Please remember you have not booked a Hotel, nor are you a simple renter, you are staying with a family, so be respectful and polite to your host and staff of “Mahulboni”
• Please consider “Mahulboni” as your own home. Do not hesitate to ask if you require anything during your stay with us. We will try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible with our limitations.
